The services you receive may consist of an initial assessment, individual psychotherapy, individual skills training, or group therapy, depending on your particular needs. Psychotherapy services are not easily described in general statements because they vary depending on the personalities of the therapist, the patient, and the particular problems you are experiencing. There are many different methods the therapist may use in your time together. It is important for you to understand that both assessment and psychotherapy calls for a very active effort on your part.
