We get it. Life can be busy and attending in person DBT skills training may not always be possible. When we saw this common obstacle, we decided we needed to provide our clients with a more convenient option. We are passionate about mental wellness, and we want to see our clients excel and get the most out of their therapy here with us. We are excited to announce that we are now providing a convenient online membership for DBT skills training - Rock Creek Wellness Online!
Rock Creek Wellness Online is focused on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and provides a set of coping skills that can help emotionally sensitive people, including those with borderline personality disorder (BPD), PTSD, and anxiety, manage intense emotional responses.
DBT helps with moving toward a balance of acceptance and change and helps guide you in finding the middle ground when experiencing black or white (all-or-nothing) thinking.
Kimberly Doyle, LCSW, guides you through each lesson and skills training module. Each lesson is structured with a learning component that takes around 5 minutes to complete. Accompanying exercises and worksheets are also included to help put your newly learned skills into action. Worksheets and exercises will be discussed between you and your individual therapist.
Our Online Membership is available on our app and can be taken on the go!

*Please note that Rock Creek Wellness Online is not therapy, but clients have the option to supplement or replace in group skills training with our online membership! This online membership is in addition to your counseling with your individual therapist.
