Meet Kara Alsdorf, Office Manager

I am the office manager at Rock Creek Wellness. 

I enjoy interacting with people and the challenge of the demands of a growing business. It’s been exciting to be part of the development of the whole wellness concept at Rock Creek and I look forward to what the future holds for this business and the surrounding community. 

I do my best to create a welcoming, helpful and organized environment in the office and on the phone for everyone. I handle scheduling, billing, administrative tasks and whatever else comes up each day.  

I hope that because of Rock Creek Wellness’s model for health and wellness that many more people recognize the importance of taking care of themselves and how practical it can be. 

I’m a beach girl and I love Jesus! I don’t travel a lot, but I know how to relax when I can! I’ve been married to the most amazing guy out there for 23 years. We have 3 boys that keep us busy and entertained. Our extended families live short distances away and we enjoy spending time with them. I lead worship at our church and enjoy connecting with the community.

I love to read, sing, bake and nap. Boat rides, biking and card games are some of our family’s favorite activities. I enjoy food! I like to cook, but eating out is a treat that I won’t turn down.
