I would like to see the health and wellness industry help individuals recognize their full potential, learn to appreciate the little things, and become less reliant on pharmaceuticals.
When Amy is not working, she is enjoying one of her hobbies such as hiking, biking, kayaking, gardening, cooking and listening to music. She also loves to travel and only has one more state to complete her 50-state tour!
While her family is from the area, Amy left when she joined the military, but returned 15 years ago. She lives with her honey bear and their fur-babies.. oh and she cannot live without coffee!
