Good ole fashioned massage to ease pain and tightness in overworked muscles. Pain relief massage is generally medium pressure with focused work in areas of muscle tension. This session can include deep tissue and will always involve communication with your massage therapist to ensure pressure levels remain comfortable. This session can be full-body* or area specific.
General spa massage to ease an overworked mind, body and soul. Relaxation massage is generally light pressure (not deep tissue) with the goal to reconnect you with your body. This session can be done in virtual silence, and is meant to be full-body*. Relaxation sessions can be done with as much or as little contact with your therapist as you’d like. You can do this session fully clothed or to your comfort level. A first step into massage for those who feel like they could never be touched.
A full-body* massage for the whole person- mind, body, and soul. This session will earn you very intense relaxation which is recommended for those experiencing trouble with sleep, tremendous stress, anxiety/depression, or for those who have experienced trauma. The massage room becomes your space where you choose the lighting, music, temperature, linens, and massage style. Meditative Relaxation massage sessions include optional aromatherapy and guided breathing techniques.
A massage that isn’t just for athletes, sports massage is a deep tissue massage with extra firm pressure. During this session sore, tired, overworked muscles will be deeply massaged and/or lightly stretched. This session is not recommended for first time clients or anyone not accustomed to deep tissue massage. This session can be uncomfortable and hydration preparation is recommended. This session can be full-body* or area specific.

Beginning with hot tea, time to prepare yourself, and a brief consult with your therapist. Your RCW starts with relaxation techniques which transition to sports massage (if desired).
