While emotions are okay to feel, sometimes they become overwhelming and start to interfere with kids’ relationships and behaviors. Learning emotion regulation skills can help kids manage their feelings to be able to deal with painful or stressful situations in a healthy way and avoid other problems in life.
Learning Objectives include: Increase awareness & understanding of emotions, be able to change or reduce painful emotions, increase pleasant emotions, and improve decision-making.
